I go here almost every day because it's right next to my office. Let me tell you, the team here has such an infectious positive attitude. They take the time to learn my name. I've never been one to go get coffee almost every day but they make it worth the money I'm spending. Love this store and staff, Sabrina and Ashley always know my order and know what I like. I would give 10 stars. Give them all the stars. Only positive things to say.

I wish I could give ALL these ladies 10 stars!!!This is my favorite Starbucks in Sioux Falls! I live AND work in Tea but drive all the way over here every morning to get my drink because they make it PERFECT every-time! And if it’s not quite right by chance- they remake it NO PROBLEM. I can always count on this store to start my day off perfectly! They know my name (and some of them know my kid’s names) when I walk in and know EXCATLY what I’m going to order everyday. A+ service! Starbucks is lucky to have this group running the 57th and Western store.

i placed an order for my work because i’m an assistant and they sat there just complaining about the order and yelling at people. then they messed up half the drinks and just ruined my entire week because i got yelled at for it.

The employees at this Starbucks are always so friendly. They are quick and have gotten my order right every time. I love their tumblers. I picked up two, one for hot and one cold drinks. You get bonus rewards for bringing in your own cup. So it’s good for the environment and good for you!

In general most of the Starbucks are 3 star in Sioux Falls. I used to regard this as the best 3.8stars with their service increasing the score. Lately, since that has dropped off, they are back to the area score. Usually prepared drinks fast. Drinks are generally accurate to preparation. Parking is very limited, and drive thru is tight. Seating inside is ok but store was not clean.

Ashley made our day. We stood to get some morning Joe before our doctor's appointment. Her chipper, positive, morning attitude was as good of a start as the cup of Joe.

I went through the drive through before school and a venti shaken expresso with LIGHT ice. Once I got my drink there was extra ice like it was nothing but ice and when I’ve gone there in the past they have always some how messed up my order
I used to like going to this Starbucks, but this time I don't feel as if I was being treated right. As my friend and I went through the drive through, I asked for a medium green tea frappuccino with extra whip cream, he repeated "a what green tea frappuccino?" And we replied "medium". When we got to the window, he gave us my friends order and gave me a medium green tea cappuccino. I said from the passenger seat, "I'm sorry, I ordered a green tea frappuccino.." and before I could say with whip cream he shut the door and put the cup down and left. He then came back with a small green tea frappuccino with no whip cream at all.. I'm really unhappy with my experience this time. He was very rude about it. I was going to go back inside, but my friend was too scared to go so she drove off and I didnt get a chance to get the drink I wanted. I'm glad I got a green tea frappuccino, but I'm really upset that I had to pay for a medium green tea cappuccino but received a small GT frappuccino instead:(
Online it says they close at 3 PM. Got in line at the drive through. Made it to the window only to be told that they close at 2 and it’s 2:04 so they can’t make my drink. She argued with me in a fake cheery voice. When I pointed out I would be stuck in line behind all these cars with nothing to show for it, she agreed to make the drink. At that point though I didn’t trust them not to do something to my drink so I declined. Go to the one by Avera specialty hospital instead. They’re so nice that once my drink order took a little while longer than usual, I didn’t complain or anything, but they gave me a gift card because THEY felt I had to wait too long.
