I want to love this location being that it's the closest to me. Unfortunately they cannot get my drink right. All I ever get is a cold foam cold brew. Extra foam. Everywhere else I go they make it extra foamy and amazing. Here, they don't even add enough foam to make it reg foam. Today I went to get my reg drink and again It was terrible. I went back through the drive thru to see if they could fix it and the girl (young blonde with bangs) gave me a nasty look when I asked if it could be fixed and when she gave me my coffee it was still the same!!! I'm not coming back. And by reading other reviews I'm not alone. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The girl at the drive thru window was rude. Didn’t even bother to make eye contact with me when I was speaking with her. Ordered a Carmel macchiato with extra Carmel drizzle on top of the whip cream but WOW they wanted to give me diabetes with the amount of Carmel they added!! That is not okay. Got a chocolate blended frappuccino, and seemed like it was basically foam with barely any chocolate or cookie crumbles in it. Starbucks has really fallen a few notches since I had them last. I’m used to a very chocolatey, filling drink, and this went down way too fast. Not enjoyable, not worth $7 + tip. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went through the drive-thru and was promptly greeted. I asked if they had the White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew and she said unfortunately they didn't due to it being a seasonal item BUT she said they could make something similar with toffee. So I told her I would try that. I was then greeted by Mack at the window and she was super friendly and asked what I had going on for the day, etc. She then handed me the drinks and I went on my way. When I tell you this was the BEST drink I have had from a Starbucks in recent memory, I am not exaggerating. It was DELICIOUS. The only sad thing is I am not sure what she all put in it to make it so I probably won't ever be able to have it again. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5

I genuinely always loved coming to this Starbucks in the past. But lately every trip I've taken has been horrible. The workers are completely unprofessional and outright rude- (two young teenagers) I politely asked if I could have no Strawberries in my drink and the worker said "girl" to me and when I said please or thank you I was dismissed and not offered a response in return. There are no manners used no politeness and every worker seems to not have a care in the world about their Job. I hope you get this figured out for your sake and your customers. I really want to like this location because it’s so close to me but I they just can’t seem to get it together. I get the same drink EVERY time and when it’s good it’s delicious but unfortunately that’s about 1 out of the last 8 times I’ve gone. I’m officially tired of wasting my money and will drive to Hy-Vee a little further down the road. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1

Love this Starbucks and location! The staff are amazing and always super friendly. The only downside is this location is often out of several things and there have been many occasions I have went to order on my app and ended up having to go down the road to scooters due to item availability (this is likely a supply issue maybe?).

Hello, I was the truck driver that got stuck in the drive through exit trying to make a delivery across the street. I just wanted to take a moment to thank the 2 girls that completely turned my day around. I wish I caught their names but unfortunately I didn't. I was visibly upset at myself for putting myself in that position and blocking their exit, I was frantically trying to get unstuck out of the ice to move. These two young ladies came outside with a hot cup of coffee and a delicious warm treat and also offered their assistance. It turned my whole day positive and I can't thank you enough for your kindness. It takes kind souls to see someone in distress and do something about it.
