Got a smoked ham sandwich and a Vente caramel macchiato with 3 pumps of vanilla instead of the 4 it usually comes with. This way it is not too sweet. Also got 3 petite vanilla scones. We stopped by your location today and were not greeted or even acknowledged. We were the only customers in store, one vehicle in the drive thru and no mobile orders on the line. Finally got to place our order and still nobody even said hello. All we got was a “what do you want?” Aside from the staff being very rude the bathrooms were filthy and the restaurant itself needed cleaned. Staff seemed more concerned about flirting with each other than helping customers. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
