Super rude customer service. Acted like I was annoying him when I held my phone up to scan and he said the “uhh the scanner is broken.” Which I don’t care about the points but don’t be rude about it, how was I to know that? So then when I went to give him a $50 to pay he got annoyed and sighed and said, “I can’t break a $50”. Again, not a big deal but it was his manners and acting like I’M the one who put him out and just his overall rudeness. Not impressed with the customer service at all. Worst starbucks I have ever gone to. All the employees are extremely rude. The coffee is way overpriced. And they will make you wait 35 minutes for one small coffee and tell you they'll get to it when they get to it and that you are not a priority. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Laramie Starbucks is hands down one of the best locations I've ever been to. The crew there is awesome and I often see the general manager right in there working alongside them and teaching by example. Even the new baristas every fall when the university starts always get up to speed quickly. Bit of a wait during busy times, but that's to be expected and the crew works through orders with fantastic efficiency. There have been a couple times where the online ordering system incorrectly reported a food item was in stock when it was not, but they have always been very accommodating and helpful in helping me find an alternative.
