The layout of the new renovation is the unwisest use of space I’ve ever seen. They made the area behind the bar massive and took away all the real tables and replaced them with booth seats that are too small for anything beyond an average sized butt. They could have made the working area for employees bigger without eliminating space for customers to enjoy. They need to hire more people. There was a 20 minute wait, and they warned people of it when they walked in the door. Unfortunately it was too late for people who mobile ordered. Absolutely insane to wait 20 minutes in a Starbucks. Photo is of the only size tables they have left. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I waited 13 minutes for my drink while I watched them make mobile order after mobile order. I completely understand being busy and short staffed, but customers who order in person and are standing there waiting shouldn’t be put on the back burner for mobile orders. If I hadn’t asked about my order, it likely would’ve taken 15-20 min. Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Don’t go here if you value your time and want your drinks made the way you ordered them. I’ve been to this location at least 5 different times, ordering both in store and online, always trying to give them a chance. My online orders always take more than 20 minutes to get made, and they always screw something up. Even today, I ordered nitro cold brew with vanilla cream and cold foam, waited 15+ minutes for it, and they managed to forget the vanilla cream and add the wrong cold foam. This is my go to Starbucks! The baristas are all so nice, and even though they are super busy, they always say hi and have my order ready. There is less in-store seating after the remodel, but from what I understand, it was chosen for them and they didn't have much input into the remodel. Worst experience at a Starbucks. It’s small, they only have these 18” diameter tables, and the baristas were too busy chatting or texting to make drinks for the 20+ people waiting. Had to ask for sleeves, they made my wife’s drink hot (ordered iced), and I waited 30 minutes for food (wrap and egg bites). Maybe it’s better during the week, but avoid on a Saturday. I had an absolutely amazing experienc today. I picked up my mobile order and of course it was ready.. I grabbed it and left to see grandbabies I set carrier on the floor and it spilled all over floor, I went back in and asked to have it remade and without hesitation they said no problem and offered me towels.. I am thankful. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Used to be a great place to meet friends, do some work or just enjoy your coffee. Not any more after the renovation the interior is HORRIBLE, who thought it was a great idea to replace the four or more person tables with a table that barely fits one person. Along with the they removed all seats and just have this weird couch like seating along the whole side. Along with the you can no longer sit across from someone to talk to them, you need to sit next to them and do some awkward turn to face them position. This whole renovation seems like they made it so people would not linger and just get their coffee and go. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Great tasting coffee! I wanted to double check I didn't have sugar added to my drink and she just looked on the glass instead of checking with the maker. I asked someone else and she did the same thing. I was really nervous because I had that mistake happen before at other places more than once. They were very busy so I understand. I did get sugar free so four stars it is...customer service could be a bit friendlier and accommodating but under the circumstances they did a good job.
