There is a funny odor when entering the building. The employees are attentive. My order was not right on 2 occasions, a little disappointing especially for the prices charged for whip cream and topping. There was a gentleman who was so customer oriented that had waited on us his name was if we remember correctly Nicky? He is an asset to your establishment. The orders came out perfectly. Absurdly slow. A normal starbucks probably averages about 70 seconds per car at the window. At this place, it's closer to 4 minutes. That's completely unacceptable. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
