Dannnnng, you guys really need to evaluate the service here. Ethan is extremely rude to everyone in sight. Bet he loses you a lot of service. I'd fire him on the spot. Fighting your employees, fighting your customers, fighting with the employees at the target. He probably fights with your machines and food, too. He couldn't even get a basic order made correctly.
