One person, overcooked Danish and it was a 15 minute wait. The manager seen it and ignored. The lady was doing the best she could with no help. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Did a mobile order this morning that was supposed to be ready at 7:51am. As of 8:10 it still was not ready. When I asked about it they said they were really behind and that I could go to the Harris Teeter customer service to get a refund. If they would stop taking walk up orders and doing those first and take care of the mobile orders there shouldn’t be an issue. Or turn off mobile ordering temporarily to get caught up. The whole point of a mobile order is so that you can order ahead and not have to wait 20+ minutes AFTER the time quoted it would be ready. This is not the first time this has happened. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from this location anymore.
