This morning I was noticeably ignored while waiting at the register for service. A gentleman by the name is Rose left the window to service me while the others waited around. I proceeded to complain to Cindy or Sydney regarding the lack of customer service & she too walked away not acknowledging me as a customer. When our drinks were completed we were not aware as no yelled out the names for the orders. They were just placed on counter. I have never been treated so poorly at any Starbucks location. After writing initial this review, the Manager Cindy or Sydney approached me questioning my first review. I explained to her why I wrote the review she stated she is defending her name. I asked her not to be combative with me nor make me feel uncomfortable by causing a scene… her words were I am defending my name and I could cause a scene but I’m not. How rude and very unprofessional. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Lost my order went to all 3 Starbucks in town nothing at all was told to call corporate. My elderly grandmother placed a order and except her to know how to screen shot, crazy get it together

El sabor de los frappes es muy malo, este año aumentaron los precios pero la calidad es muy mala deberían entrenar mejor a los trabajadores para entregar productos de calidad. Ya mucha gente se a quejado pero no han hecho caso en este local. The taste of frappes is very bad, this year prices increased but the quality is very bad they should train workers better to deliver quality products. Horrible Service is an understatement! They are never at the register to greet customers, bad attitudes they all act very unhappy like they hate their job! Manager is always friendly. Drive thru is often slow, they hardly ever have what you want to order. Groves and Port Arthur deserve better! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I went to this location like I do every morning. The lady in the drive-through named Kim was had a real bad attitude with me did not give me my food. I was on the phone with my friend and she even heard that she would never go back because how she was talking so I asked me to a manager.
