Took a tour of Palm Springs, Spenser’s was recommended and did not disappoint. Lunch at the bar, had the double breast chicken, very good, juicy with green beans and mashed potatoes that needed more butter/garlic…multiple seating areas, lovely large patio. I highly recommend the double chicken breast. It had a beautiful crust, and was laid on a pillow of airy and light potatoes. The atmosphere was stunning. Best brunch spot in Palm Springs if you want an authentic old school desert vibe and delicious drinks and food. It’s adjacent to an esteemed tennis club, has valet parking for $3, and an eclectic mix of generations and groups of people - locals and visitors. The Eggs Benedict is divine - with spinach, ham or crab cakes! Mimosas perfectly made (not too much juice) and salads are fresh and filling. The Waffle is quite spectacular - order it and see for yourself. Dinner is the best if you like steaks, fancy fish, fries and martinis. We’ve been coming here for more than two decades and it remains a favorite of all our friends who live here or come to relax and take home a bit of “real Palm Springs.” Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
