Honestly, we have been here many times but tonight was awful. We ordered online for pickup. They were out of most of the food we ordered (I understand running out of food for a BBQ place) but the girls up front were so rude and not accommodating. Then when we got home we realized half of our sides and all of our bread was missing! Yeah I know I should have checked before hand but we never used to have this issue. The girls also told us they were out of all their sauce except sizzlin, but as we walked out the bar was completely stocked with bottles of bbq sauce. The girls gossiping behind the counter could have easily filled some Togo cups and packed them! Sadly, this lack of customer service from these younger girls and their attitudes towards us will honestly keep me from coming back! We did curbside pickup tonight. Thanks to the app the server was waiting outside when we pulled up. Unfortunately she forgot my Sprite but I informed the manager when I got home and my money was refunded immediately. For some reason this location doesn't offer St. Louis style ribs only baby backs which were dry and tough with hardly any meat. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 3

Beer was cold, food was good. But service was very lacking, I made it through 2/3 of my meal eating with my large blade knife when I asked for the manager. He came out and I asked if he saw anything wrong? He simply said I’ll get you some silverware. The guy who waited on me was as obvious to what was going on. Overall the service end of the business is very lacking and untrained.

Had not been here for a few years. Just had not thought about it. We stopped by tonight and the food was totally delicious. The service was good, The price was also great. We got a special with pulled pork and St Louis Ribs with 2 sides and a drink. Our meal was $32.00. We could not finish it all,took some home. The food was once agin DELICIOUS,!!!( in comparison we went th McDonalds earlier last week and it was $29.00) That was fast food, no comparison. Sonny ‘s by far a fantastic deal for great food. We will not stay away so long next time. Walked in for a pick up order. After waiting for a few mins I finally approach the hostess and she told me to “Go stand over there.” After waiting about 7 minutes I go over to the bartender and I say “Excuse me” but she just ignores me and continues to be on her phone. I say it again and then a girl comes out of the kitchen. I ask TWICE if everything is in the bag and I’m told yes. Get home and they forget our garlic bread that comes with the meal. Oh and the place was pretty empty, almost no one inside. We picked up our order around 8pm. Although the food was good, we unfortunately won’t be coming here due to the poor customer service.
