Where to begin, they did not give me the drink from my child. They did not give me a lemonade as well and my strawberry cheesecake shake was chocolate, not strawberry. My Daughter and I were at Celebration Recovery in Post Falls and we didn't get enough food to eat so we Stopped in at Sonic and used the Sonoc app on he internet and bought 3 double burgers and 2 ice teas for $10.00 on the app and saved a bunch of money! Mady is a young girl who works here and she is amazing and her customer service is outstanding and if I lived closer I would come only to this one just because of her amazing customer service. The young lady at the window was very courteous which I appreciate don't tend to see that at Sonic. I was to strong for the bag ripped out open spilled the contents all over my passengers side, lady hulk in past falls apparently. She was nice enough to rebag my food. Like dude we love Sonic but this is getting old every time we come there something gets forgotten or isn't right I had to rexplain my order 3times at the speaker (nothing special or out of the ordinary, just basic menu items) to what I thought was understood,said was understood, yet they still had it wrong, so waited and explained again at the window what was wrong, so they fixed something that wasn't even an issue or wrong and then they still forgot two large fries. We spend 70-100$ every time we come through, no that's not a whole lot of money but to have missing food and we pay that much is ridiculous please hire some competent individuals, that can actually listen and comprehend what they're being asked, thx Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food and the atmosphere is always great when I go here. I especially love their chili cheese dog, sonic blasts, and their tater tots. I don't know what they do with their food, but it always has a more savory taste than other places. Their Blasts always are just the right consistency and taste that it doesn't make me too sugared out but actually want more. Though, the last time I went, the window cashier lady was glaring at me while my significant other was paying for the food and I have never talked to or seen her in my life, so I was confused. Pulled into one of their stalls and ordered some popcorn chicken. 20 min later I'm still waiting. I get back on the speaker and they told me they gave my food to someone else. Hate to leave a 1 star because I come here a lot. But that is unacceptable. And if that isn't bad enough I get home and this jumbo popcorn chicken is mostly just little pieces fried breading and looks like a pickle... Wow
