I arrived at 6:27pm it is now 6:55pm, had to push the order button 3 times and just now got a not so friendly male response in the speaker when I addressed I have been sitting here for almost a half hour. Is this normal, cause wow. 5 stars to Katelyn (sorry if I spelled that wrong) who delivered Rockstar customer service when I let her know what was going on.

The manager, Isaac, is fantastic ! He treats customers very professionally and with kindness. He was able to make a coffee shake that wasn't even on the menu. If you ever feel like a coffee shake, ask Isaac to make it. He makes it perfectly delicious !
