At Soni's today, I indulged in the Chicken Asiago dish; let me tell you, it was a flavor explosion. Amy, our server, had sold me on it with her passionate description of Soni's homemade-from-scratch approach—and she wasn't wrong. Every bite was a testament to the culinary artistry behind Soni's offerings. Despite Amy's busy schedule, managing a large party in the private room, she ensured every detail of our experience was attended to. This review if for management. If I could pick zero stars I would. I have never been in an establishment where the owners of the company treat their employees so ignorant. They yell at their servers right in front of customers (screaming) and degrade them. This behavior is never acceptable and it is poor business. Mind you they got Christian music playing throughout the restaurant. You need to go back to church, you should never treat anyone the way you do. Especially your employees that are busting their butts for YOU.. I would have quit that second. I will not give this establishment another dime of my money.

This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants. They make delicious Flatbread sandwiches you will eat for days! 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Very little went right during our first time visit with a party of eight. We were put in the outer party room, away from the other food, guests and restaurant ambiance...no candles, no pictures, no plants, some music in the background. The host and wait staff returned several times to get drink and food order details correct (though we were checked on throughout the meal as expected). Nearly half the party ordered alfredo dishes that were hardly touched, it was along to school cafeteria - clumpy, very buttery, not rich and smooth. I ordered the special called "meatballs over penne"...my baked penne arrived without any meatballs, moments later the waiter returned with one meatball, slightly larger than a golf ball?!? Now, the red sauce meals were outstanding and they got the Pittsburgh sammich right, so all was not completely lost. I'm not heartless, tipped the waiter 20%. But if you leave the night thinking the most memorable thing was the cheesy bread or bruschetta appetizer, you leave rather uninspired.

A friend and I had planned to go to a different restaurant in New Castle last weekend, but we changed plans and ended up at Soni’s. We were very pleased! Amy was a wonderful server! She was very attentive to us and her other guests. When they ran out of bread, I asked for an extra meatball…and I got it! The baked penne and graham cracker pie were delicious! Thank you, Amy! Amy is a super star!!
