Went here today for the second time because I thought there would have been changes after sending an email to management the first time. The inside of this place is dirty and it was months ago also. I took the picture of the girl from another review because she still somehow works here and is extremely rude! Also wears headphones and can't talk to you because she can't even hear you. She had a horrible attitude, completely ignored me until I told her that I had questions and she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience. I explained I had an email for a birthday shake and had to redownload the app The cook in the back proceeded to try and tell ne I wasn't allowed to get the free shake because I didn't have the app downloaded... makes no sense as emails are attached to an acct and not an app. The app just makes things more accessible. Everyone that works here is rude No wonder this place is always empty, it's dirty inside and the employees are awful. This place is going to fail. Find better employees and teach them how to treat others
