They always go above and beyond. One time they forgot a donut in our bag. I called them and they took care of it. Excellent customer service. We go at least 1 time a wk and will not buy donuts anywhere else. The donuts are so fresh and tasty. We appreciate such good quality for an affordable cost. We are customers for life.

Sorry all you Round Rock fans but Shipley's is the better classic doughnut. I used to drive across town for Shipley's but now with this new location getting my fix is even easier. Staff is always friendly and service is quick whether at the drive-thru or inside. Service Take out

Super friendly guy, gave me the run down of my options and at almost 1pm still a good selection. I asked about military discount and he goes typically only when in uniform and I said no worries but he still gave me veteran discount which was amazing and very kind. Definitely will come back here and the donuts were delicious. Owner response: Um..I don't think that's really the appropriate response to someone who praised the store, but ok.
