The employees are friendly and helpful. They don't make me feel rushed, or like they're trying to get me out of their line or that I'm an inconvenience. I feel like a valued customer. I can't understand why more folks aren't coming here. But , the lines are short, compared to the competition. EXCELLENT COFFEE ☕️ and food. One of the best Cinnamon Rolls , I ve ever tasted. And the Caremelicious Expresso 🙌 is FANTASTIC!!! They had a 'glitch' in the online app for a little while, but it's up and running great! Ordered a peppermint mocha but only had the syrup flavor. Turns out my taste buds did not enjoy it. Came back and the staff was awesome, friendly and was able to get a coffee instead.

Good morning I visited your North Galloway location this morning as I often do for coffee for my gorl and I. Today I was warmly greeted by Madison, and employee I had never met. Being a friend of Kelsey I often visit this location and have to complement your organization for having well trained staff. Particularly Madison was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and encouraged me to have a German chocolate brewed coffee; excellent. Thank you Madison for making my Saturday a good day. Every time I visit this location in the morning everyone is so friendly and personable. I failed to get the lady’s name who took my order around 745 this morning but she has great customer service. I’m blown away with happiness!! It was my 1st time there, had no idea about what to order. The staff was very helpful, courteous, did not complain or rush me. Unlike other places. This is my new go to coffee place! It’s not as close, Forney, but not too far either. I will be a loyal customer from now on. Ordering on the app is also very easy. Continue to be a great place! I don't typically like the idea of drive thru coffee cuz I like connection and quality time along with a variety of quality drinks and food. I was surprised at the taste of the coffee. It actually tastes of coffee and not bitterness, not overly sugary, very smooth... It's great. The food is also very high quality, which makes up for my expectations of the quantity. The maple waffle is a favorite by far, but the biscuit and bagel of the other sandwiches are pretty good coming out of the over. Fluffy and soft. And the staff are amazing. Some days I am able to chat and make that connection, some days we all wave and keep the line moving. But I am always having a great time when I stop by. I wish I were better at names so I could shout out everyone. I appreciate all of you! You guys are the best! 💜 Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5
