I had a great experience. My Venmo card was declined, I never use it and there almost never any money in the account. However, I grab it by mistake from my wallet. The young lady swiped it and I got a notice on my phone instantly of the declined purchase. She with the biggest smile on her face with a beautiful spirit passed my drink out the window and said have a nice day. Now I know the card was declined, so I asked did that decline she says very softly yes but it's OK it's on the house. OMG that made my day, such a kinda soul. Now of course I gave her the correct card and paid for my drink. I just want to post this review as a thank you for that amazing generosity.
