This was a cute little store/restaurant in the arts and crafts loop. We ended up getting various jams and salsas while here. The two ladies that were working were so nice and informative on products. They gave us free samples of some of their brisket and teas. Brisket was so good. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Gatlinburg!
Kind of hard to find but worth it when you do. Entrance is Located through the courtyard on the West end of the complex. We had supper there and the manager was terrific. They had a hot bar along with a salad bar. Roasted pork loin with gravy, pot roast and potatoes, pulled pork, meatballs with marinara, smoked sausage, mac-n-cheese, Italian beans with smoked brisket, baked beans, corn, apples brisket chili. Also sliced brisket upon request.
$13/person $15/person with desert. Best deal we have found in the area. Clean, good food and service, good job Satterfield's

Wow, so many great things about this place I don’t even know where to start! Staff was fabulous, some of the friendliest people we’ve met on our 10 day trip and very helpful. The store was clean and well stocked, the food we sampled was spectacular. The yams are everything you could dream of and we sampled and purchased pickled quail eggs that are some of the best eggs we’ve ever had! One of the employees even assisted us with getting a wayward toy off of the roof and we are so very thankful. If you’re looking for great food, amazing service, friendly conversation and yummy novelty snacks, look no further. I can’t say enough about this place, this was the highlight of our day. We hope to return very soon! 10/10

First off Wow! The beef brisket is amazing, Mac and cheese is delicious and the potato salad is exactly how my grandmother made it! I even have to say I don’t like baked beans but this place’s is amazing. You won’t find quality food of this caliber for the money anywhere on the strip!
