Excellent dining experience! Our server was exceptional. The Oysters were delicious and fresh. The pan-seared flounder was on point and touched on all the flavor profiles. Highly recommended. I loved this place, I went with my husband for an anniversary dinner and everything was simply wonderful, both the food and attentive service. All the staff were very warm and friendly especially our waiter Mathew who. He explained to you the dish without missing every detail. The food was delicious. I especially loved the cassoulet! The chocolate mousse was amazing. I would definitely go back! Some of our fondest dinner memories with friends and family has been at Sardine. Finally tried brunch here to celebrate daughter’s 20-something birthday and of course knocked it out of the park. Food is just fantastic, service is best in Madison, ambience is made for gatherings with friends and family, and prices are reasonable for such a great place.
