I go to this location very often (like 4-5 times a week) and normally have great experiences here.
When I got my order today, Caleb (who is always great by the way) forgot my card, which happens, but when I swung back through to get my card he then told me his system was having issues processing my card. I proceeded to wait around 8 mins as Caleb and who I assumed was his manager attempted to process my payment. I had recently been here and paid with this same card no problem. After Caleb ran a different card, I asked for a receipt. After waiting another 3 minutes I was already running late and told Caleb I had to leave.
I spent around 10 minutes at this location today.
I don’t blame Caleb for this at all, but I was pretty upset with how long it took for me to pay, and the lack of communication from the manager. (I’m still not 100% sure what the problem was, I just used that card again today somewhere else and it worked fine.
I know people have bad days and don’t want to come down to hard on these guys as they normally hit it out of the park but now I can’t eat here for breakfast anymore as I can’t afford to be that late for work.

Roasted Autumn Salad
Customer service at this location is very good, especially the lady doing the drive thru on 11/30. The Frozen Strawberry Lemonade is fantastic and my new addiction. The salad could have been fresher, but I was more disappointed that the bacon at this location did not look done. Bacon should come crispy for salads. If they get crispy bacon for cobb salad, I would come here over and over again as I am really impressed over all with the concept and the food most of the time. Other locations have crispy bacon, so confused why my salad's bacon looked under cooked with a lot of fat.
Fresh ingredients at a very cheap price. Lots of choices. Love the in house drinks and a very fast drive thru service.

Roasted Autumn Salad
The salads are much more pleasant to eat than the wraps. I’ve visited this location about 4-5 times and always got a custom salad. Portion size makes you feel you’re getting your money’s worth, especially when adding the Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes. Thankfully no dressing issues. Last time I decided to get my custom salad in a wrap and though it had everything in it, and is quite large, some ingredients were so far placed from others, it was hard to get those anticipated perfect bites after you get through the top/bottom of the wrap, that I could much more easily get when ordering a salad. Sold on the salads, as long as they don’t raise the prices
