I love this place. The atmosphere is warm and pleasant. So cozy. Their Lone Oak Latte is delicious. Order it with 50% less sweet if you don't like things to be too sweet. They have wings that come with fries and eggs and a lot other things in between. They also sell really cool salsas and salad dressings and nicknacks like that. Waited about 20 minutes for our food - we ordered the sausage croissant sandwich and the waffle plate. I eventually received the waffle plate. After about five more minutes we were told they were out of sausage. When I asked about the wait time, we were told it takes about 15 minutes to prepare the food since they make it fresh. Figuring it would have been an additional 15 minutes to make something else in lieu of the sausage croissant sandwich, we decided to get a refund and try somewhere else. Disappointing factors for us: We watched as other people who ordered after us received their cooked food before us. That confused us a little. We also would have appreciated being told when ordering that the kitchen was out of sausage. Or at least as soon as possible. Finally, when asking about how much longer the order would take, the girl behind the counter was rather indignant with me, as if I was in the wrong to ask about the wait time.

The ladies were great, atmosphere was good. Only 4 stars because they didn't have decaf espresso. Due to a heart problem I have to limit caffeine. Other than that they get 5 stars. However, the do have decaf coffee. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The atmosphere is that of being home after being gone or not having one. It is so full of love and caring. The food is AMAZING!!! The prices are reasonable and I suggest EVERYONE visit at least once.
