Love their salad bar, and try to go when we're traveling and find one. Unfortunately, they've encouraged the wait staff to upsell without making sure the customer realizes it comes with an upcharge. It’s our first time. We ordered the scampi and T-bone steak. Asked for med-well came out med-rare, the supervisor checked on it and fix it right away. Scampi pasta was missing the parmesan and thought it’ll be good with it. They gave us sauce, but it didn’t change the taste, all we taste was oily and saltiness. T-bone steak tasted good after got fixed. The strawberry lemonade was way too sour. . My favorite part was unlimited salad. Chris was so attentive to us. I brought my dad for our father daughter day out for lunch. The hostess was amazing. She let me pick my seat because my dad has dementia and can't walk very far. Chris was so patient with him when he couldn't get his words out. The bartender was so wonderful she put his beers in two mugs half full because he can't lift a full one. The whole place was clean and the salad bar was full. We are always treated like family every time we go. Tyler always has a smile on his face, very friendly and always goes out of his way to make sure we have the best experience. Tyler is the best server we have ever had. The management Kerstin and Brian are hands down the best. Great place to eat!! Our waitress Janiel M was wonderful. She was great helping with orders, esp with our kids, drinks were never empty, cleared dirty dishes from our table every time she stopped by, checking in with us multiple times, and she was very polite and cheerful. The best service I've had in a while. She's an excellent waitress.
