So i ordered a pizza calling in. I was spacific that i had a coupon. I sent a friend to pick it up since i have a mobility problem. He had the coupon and written instructions. But still problems. 1 there is a service fee. I understand this even if i do not like it. But the fee was 1.40 on the app and 1.59 in the store. i would have used the app if it had taken my coupon. but the app would not. the coupon was goof till 1-31-24. today is 1-19-2024. 2 They then did the wrong coupon and charged me 2 dollars more. 3 i love there ranch and always order more than i need. I do understand that i have to pay for them. I was chatged for 5 ranches and i got 5 ranches but not the 2 free that come with the side order of the twists. some times they will give 1 or two with the pizza. This is not the first or second time I have had a coupon that they over charged me with. Last time was 20 dollars over charge when i saw the reciept. This time it was 5 dollars. I know this is not a million dollars. But i have a good coupon and want what they advertise.
