Terrible service for our group lunch at 130 after golf. Had to ask repeatedly for simple things like water. Really left a bad taste after a great day on the course. Servers seemed bothered they even had to work. Love the golf course but will never eat there again.
Fantastic food. I came here twice when working on a project in town. Their food and service was incredible. Well definitely be going again if I'm back in the area.
The calamari was cold and greasy, we sent it back, got another order, slightly warm. My crab cake was barely warm, sent it back and ordered the halibut- that was good. Our waitress was very nice. We sat outside and enjoyed the evening. I hope the next time we go the food is hot!!!
I found Rossy’s Roost on Open Table, and thought the menu looked good. So I made a reservation and we tried it. All I can say is that it was one of the weirdest dining experiences I’ve had in a very long time. I was expecting a restaurant, but it wasn’t. It didn’t look or feel like a restaurant at all. We walked in and the only seating options were a couple of tables for 4, and large 8-10 person banquet tables. There really was no waitstaff. The hostess sat us and took our order, but she was assisted by the bartender/manager and the young man in the pro shop bringing out the food. The food took a while, maybe because of a very loud Christmas party going on in the same room. So loud, in fact, that we watched a couple at another table get up and walk out after ordering, before getting their meal. So the staff brought their food to a different table but only for 2 of the 7 people at that table. So they sat and waited until everyone else’s food came out— and the ones waiting included 3 young kids. Just a very weird experience that totally missed the mark on every level.
