We have gone to Rocky's Cafe many times and always enjoy the experience! We choose a special table outside for al fresco dining that is heated. We typically enjoy breakfast there and I love their veggie omelette and my husband enjoys the sea food omelette. The service is excellent and our waitress is always friendly and professional. We love that this restaurant was named for the owner's dog...and we know that the owner has also been a long term professional chef at a top restaurant in Pebble Beach as well. This experience absolutely reflects in the delicious food. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
