The city of Ridgecrest has a "gem" of a restaurant and owners who believe that quality is its own reward. It is family ran by people that you just might want to sit a spell and talk with. In business for some years now. Roaming Dog Kitchen has been serving the greater Ridgecrest community with treats in the form of "hot dogs." More than 20 different selections. And there are specials as well. If you are an aficionado of German style dogs, then this is truly your place. They even have "Curry Wurst" and Sauerkraut. All beef and very large, along with other varieties. Folks, here is the fun part. It is a mobile restaurant (food truck), so you should visit their website to acertain their current location. This place is so Phenomenal. Although if you get the junkyard dog beware once you pick it up do NOT put it down its messy but delicious.
