Ordered the jasmine milk tea from the kiosk. Asked the cashier if they use real milk, they do not. They use a non-daory powder. Asked if they use real taro, they do not. They use a taro powder. My drink total was $7.25. I ordered Jasmine powdered non- dairy creamer with Boba . I felt ridiculous paying this price for what I was ordering, but I did it anyway because my favorite boba shop is in Tempe, easily another 20 minutes away. There really is good boba put there. One just needs to know where. Customer service is pretty much non existent here. My drink didn't even get called out. Giving 3 stars because it was clean and the actual boba was decent. Amazing!! I got the brown sugar chai latte with Boba, 50% sweet, and it is officially the best boba i've ever had! He was very nice and accommodating. Too bad i don't live in Arizona or i'd come every day! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First off, the gal that helped us was so sweet and helpful she just made the whole experience so delightful! She even gave me a sample of the custard so I could try it before I made my drink choice. Both of my kids got ice cream. I will agree with another reviewer that they kinda skimped out on the sprinkles, it was barely a tsp but everything else was amazing. The ice cream was super creamy. I got a strawberry matcha tea latte with bobas. You can pick your sweetness level and customize it with bobas or toppings or whatever else you like! The bobas are so good, I really liked the drink. I did the recommended 75% sweetness and I don’t think it was too sweet but next time I think I’ll try 50%. I think the total for our order was a little over $20 for 1 single scoop cone, one double scoop cone and my drink. Will definitely visit again!

Love the boba here! The teas are so fresh and I love how customizable the drinks are. We've gone there every day while we are here in vacation. It's so refreshing in this heat! I wanted to stop somewhere for a treat on a very long drive. This was right off the 101 so I thought it would be a good place. The employee was super friendly. I ordered the pink blush. Had a double ice cream scoop here and it was sooooo good! They serve unique flavors here unlike other places. I had the lavender ice cream - and loved it. That flavor was too floral for my husband. Instead, he liked the thai tea flavored ice cream - the perfect blend of tea and creamy. We also had their tasty drinks. I had the mango black tea which was refreshing! It reminds me of the Olive garden tea. My husband got the matcha strawberry latte and he loved that. It had a little bit of caffeine in from the matcha. The service was great! We had questions about the menu and the employee there was super helpful. They have self order kiosk stations which makes it easy for us to take our time to decide. The employee who served me was so kind and patiently described all my best options and allowed me to sample five things, including popping boba, crystal boba, lychee, regular tapioca, and jasmine tea. I settled on a brown sugar milk tea in the end and a strawberry & lychee jasmine green tea with lychee jelly. After getting my order, the employee also invited me to ask her to make changes as necessary. Best boba customer service ever :) Atmosphere: 5

Visited for the grand opening and was thoroughly impressed! I tried the Jasmine milk tea and the winter melon tea. The teas were refreshing and the boba was surprisingly soft yet chewy, perfect texture. There's a lot of options on their menu so now I'm torn between having the same drinks I know I would like, or working my way through their entire menu. Other people in our group tried different drinks as well and all had positive feedback, so if you choose from their "popular" menu, you can't go wrong! Protip: Head next door to pokitrition and make this a whole meal. It's the same owners so you know you're getting the same quality of service on both sides.

Came here today for the first time and wasnt impressed. I got the brown sugar milk tea with brown sugar boba at 75% sweetness. The drink itself was good, still a little too sweet for my liking but thats a me problem. The boba had good chew but no flavoring other than the taste of tapioca. If you wanna go for just the tea then i recommend.

Stopped by during lunch time to grab a drink. One of the staff members made a perfect recommendation. I wanted something a little more on the refreshing end for the summer heat and ended up trying the Butterfly Rose Lemonade. I did Crystal Boba and Brown sugar boba just for something a little different and it came out delicious!
