Outraged about this evening. These people are big big scammers. Our plates didn't fit the pictures of the menu at all. It was a joke. The service was bad, took so long, our plates didn't come together... and they wanted to charge us 25 eur more on the bill because they confused a glass of wine with a bottle of wine. Essen war gut. Große Portionen *PUNKT* . Und das war es auch schon! Sind sehr enttäuscht worden vom Service. Bedienung konnte sich die Bestellung nicht merken(trotz Notizen!). Ein vegetarisches Gericht wurde mit Fleisch serviert! Speisekarte sollte besser bearbeitet werden, wie auch die Internetseite.Sehr lange auf Getränke gewartet. Besteck hat gefehlt. Nachbartisch wurde nicht abgedeckt (nach 1std!). Man hat den Eindruck im Esszimmer einer Familie zu sein (im negativen Sinne).... Dekoration und Möbel mit sehr schlechtem Geschmack. Ein Selfservice wäre eine vernünftige Alternative. Für Bedienung und Service ist das Personal einfach nicht geschult. Sehr schade....man sollte doch meinen in Luxemburg einen guten Standard zu haben.
