I recommend this local authentic Japanese restaurant. Service is also very good, despite their English and Dutch may not be so good, but they are genuine. We had lunch deals, one Miso and one Shoyu. Broth of both so good and flavors were very balanced. De beste ramen noedel restaurant in de ruime omtrek, zelfs de Japanners uit Amstelveen en Amsterdam komen speciaal naar Uithoorn voor Raku. Super aardige mensen, ik kom hier al jaren en er wordt onthouden wat jouw voorkeur is. Ook voor een praatje is men niet te beroerd, houdt alleen wel rekening met de Japanse etiquette. Aanrader voor elke Japan liefhebber en met afstand mijn favoriete restaurant. Tip: Negikara miso ramen menu met rijst, gyoza pasteitjes en Japanse salade (met daikon radijs).
