Kulturhuset Borgen is a cultural multipurpose building in Osby, Sweden. It has a movie theater, restaurant, meeting rooms for conferences, and various events.
I have only been to the restaurant, and I was there for lunch. The day I was there, there were two items on the lunch menu, which is a way to keep costs down by limiting the number of options. The food I ordered was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice lunch dive.
Good tasting food served in buffet style canisters.
Not worth a detour, but if you are in the neighbourhood anyway it's ok, and a great alternative to the pizzerias.
