Have been there many times In The past We made a reservation the day before in person got there waited 5 minutes for someone to actually acknowledge us she POINTED to our table -did. When we go we usually go on Sundays, when there is live music. The musicians are great, and so is the music. The food is great as well, although the menu has been the same for quite some time. Service can be somewhat slow sometimes. All in all it is always a great experience and in the end the minor things really do not matter that much.
