Great food. Polite people. Great atmosphere. Poor customer service. We were extra polite, but the girl by the cashier was just super "I don't care, whatever" attitude, mostly the red shirt, which is apparent based on her face; the two girls are always on their phones. I'm not here to insult, I'm here to state the truth and not sugarcoat it. The only good-hearted person was in the back, cooking for us wearing the black shirt. Nevertheless, thank you guys. Atmosphere was ok I guess, didn't care for the music blaring from the kitchen. The food took over 20 minutes, guess it sat under a heat lamp. That would explain the dryness. Maybe it was a bad day idk, wasn't crazy busy. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Figured we would give this place a try. Totally empty when we got there. The service was ok but hopefully it was an off day the food was terrible. Overcooked, dry burgers, bread wasn’t fresh. And the staff was busy playing around (which is fine unless it impacts service or quality) so I would have expected fresh food since it was dead. It may be worth another try at some point. The burgers are the best around for miles and miles. The best I've had in years. Well worth the drive to Azle. The fried chicken sandwich tasted as good as my mommas fried chicken, juicy and tender. Had something new to the Red’s menu today the “Fall Salad” and it was delicious! All kinds of yummy things in this gem folks! Cranberries, feta cheese, grilled chicken that’s only the beginning as it is served with a vinaigrette. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Been here several times. Food is pricey but you do get what you pay for. Takes awhile to make but there is a small staff so be patient. It will come made to order and tasting great. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Overall good burgers and fries. Service was friendly. I feel like prices area little high (by a few dollars per person) compared to some other options in the area, but not high enough that I won't come back at some point. Keeping condiments out where folks can use them freely would be appreciated.

Good variety on the menu. The Reds Burger basket is great. Service is somewhat slow, but it's not a fast food restaurant so if in a hurry you will probably need to go elsewhere.
