Made reservation online, we were sat immediately. On a very busy holiday the food took an hour for delivery. While awaiting dinner, we were brought 3 baskets of cheddar bay biscuits, drinks & checked on appropriately. The manager proactively offered a free menu item as a compensation for the long wait time. The live lobster tank is always entertaining. Endless shrimp is fun for trying new things! We were excited to head to red lobster after hearing several good reviews and recommendations. However we left disappointed with the experienced. Our server was addiquate but didn't seem to be overly attentive or friendly. The food was average for the pricing and lobsters had an off taste..the ambience of the restaurant seemed very plain as well. Red Lobster Casual Dining Seafood Restaurant Is a well established (since 1968) restaurant with a popular following. The menu is diverse and specializes in Crab, Shrimp and Lobster. (Live) Do recommend reservations as the restaurant does get busy. I walked in and waited 30+ minutes for a table. I ordered the 'Endless Shrimp' special for only $20... (Available everyday) This is an excellent choice for quality and value. You really cannot find a better deal anywhere else like this. (One of the best deals out there) The Garlic Scampi and Grilled Skewers were made to perfection and ideal for multiple orders... The Broccoli is/was light on the palette and rice was the perfect compliment to a full meal. This dinner option provides you the choice of two side items ...I chose the standard baked potato. (with the steamed broccoli) The variety of Shrimp choices is all your own... with seven to choose from. Shrimp Rangoon, Dragon Shrimp, Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp... try as many as you like. The menu is worth reviewing as the menu options are catered to Seafood Lovers... I've never once been disappointed eating here. One of my all-time favorite restaurants. I highly recommend the Endless Shrimp for $20. Also consider ordering Crab and Lobster. You can't really go wrong. Red Lobster is a treasure for those craving seafood... convenient and consistently excellent. I guess I've always had high expectations eating here as it is a long standing restaurant but my boyfriend and I came here for our birthday dinner. We share the same birthday. Seemed like the waitress didn't believe us or just didn't care. The muscles were really good. Salad seemed like a bag of salad from the grocery store. They didn't have bread ready so they gave us toast at first. We were disappointed as they used to sing for birthdays but they don't anymore. All around just not that great of an experience. Probably won't come back since there's so many other restaurants I really do like at this price point. Short wait time the server was very attentive and the food came relatively fast because we came after 8 pm it was slow. I recommend fry Brussels sprouts along with the crabby cheese fries if you like them. Other than we had also the signature seafood mushroom which was very good. Great experience. The new crispy dragon calamari appetizer was fantastic as was the crispy dragon shrimp. We went there for a birthday. Our waiter exceeded our expectations. We made a trip out to seattle for the baseball game and stopped in here to eat, as my wife and i have longed to try a red lobster and i can honestly say, it was worth the stop. I had the shrimp, lobster and salmon dish and it was definitely worth the money. Excellent experience across the board. I did not like the experience I had here. The food was terrible. The cheese sticks that I ordered were cold. I do applaud our waiter for his professionalism and courteousness. The lobster was rubbery and the food had little flavor. Service was extremely slow including having to wait more than 20 minutes for a table when the restaurant was not busy at all.
