I used to love coming here for the convenience of the pickup order especially with a baby and a toddler. The pickup orders were always quick, easy, and accurate. For the past few weeks it has been very bad. I’ve been missing many items, sometimes even more than half my order. What’s going on?!
Not a bad store. Sunday around 12:00 noon, we were buying some needed ingredients for our hotdogs backyard cookout!
Bacon wrapped sausage, chips, hotdog buns, soda, etc. Quick stop. This is only our second time at this location in about 1 year lol.
Parking lot wasn’t bad, not crowded. The store is actually quite big, to my eyes lol. Well organized, looked cleaned.
We paid through the self check out to avoid the cashiers, but of course, it got stuck so the self check out staff had to come and fix it. She was quick and friendly. Very satisfied with that excellent interaction.
I’ve been coming to this Ralph’s for 20 years.
The lines are absolutely the worse. The management here is piss poor. They made all the self check outs and are never open. They got rid of all their cashiers and only have two lanes open at one time. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of everything getting more expensive, now I have to bag my own groceries at check out as well so I can help the poor cashier that has a line piling up. What a ridiculous Ralph’s. Get new management, whoever is running this place is awful
First off, NO ONE WANTS TO SELF-CHECKOUT. People only do it because it gets them out of the store faster.
They installed self-checkout and have the scanner guns handy, but you can’t use the scanner gun on “normal” products. You can only use them on “large” items. So, instead of employing the correct amount of cashiers to have the lines flow smoothly, there’s an employee who monitors you and tells you, you can’t use the scanner gun. The convenient thing about the scanner gun is you don’t have to weigh the item which makes scanning so much faster. So, the employee stops you, explains it to you like you’re a dummy (I know what you’re saying, I just think it’s stupid), and the whole time, the employee could have just rung you out.
What a joke groceries stores have become.
