I was blown away by the Publix bakery department; although I provided and placed my own cake toppers, the bakery department executed the cake and desired writing so well! Thank you!

I am starting to come here as the price difference between Publix and Food City is almost the same anymore. I'd rather have better quality food if I'm going to shell out a lot of money when I grocery shop. Plus, Publix has more options than the latter mentioned store. So far, my experiences shopping at this Publix have been great.

Publix always seems to be just a bit better than the competition. Very clean with great employees who make you feel welcome. John, the floor manager, went above and beyond to help use find products, which we purchased. Discovered a large and clean upstairs seating area for you to have your lunch or dinner in a quiet setting. (see pic) They also sell Boars Head meats at the deli. Bakery sells three types of rye bread and other great stuff fresh daily. Get there early for best selection. Their seafood department has a great selection. Everything is always fresh. Beer & liquors and a pharmacy. A great shopping experience.

First time visiting a Publix grocery. It's okay. Fried chicken is really good. Bakery is great. Fresh bread. Deli is mostly all boars head lunch meat. I was a little disappointed at the meat selection. The rest of the store is pretty typical of all the other high end grocery stores.

State of the Art Store! Very clean, stocked, and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. There's an elevator and stairs to the 2nd floor where there's seating/tables that customers can bring their purchased food and/or beverages to consume. The view of the mountains is spectacular!

I love Publix, best supermarket in the smokies! Staff is always nice, store is clean and in place, products are fresh and good price, they have a huge variety of Caribbean cuisine, today my cashier was Candy S. And she did a great job and was friendly and lovely, she needs a reward for the great job she’s doing! Thumbs up for everything 😊👍🏻

Clean and well organized! We stopped here to stock up on some sweet tea before heading back up north. Yes, it's delicious! I noticed that the store was clean and well organized but a few items did seem a bit pricey, but that could also just be the day we live in! For most items, similar pricing to other grocery stores but with the bonus of a pleasant shopping experience!

Very clean and organized. Great food selection. Lots of pre-made food for easy pick up and go. All staff was very nice and said hi when passing them. They make subs sandwiches, always a small line waiting. Check out the pictures...
