Had heard about Props but I must say I wasn't impressed. We had a large party and waited a LONG TIME to be seated. It was really busy. The younger Host and Hostess didn't have great customer service skills. The food was good. Our waitress had her hands full but she was doing her best so we were patient. I really liked the Brussel Sprouts, Calamari and the She Crab Soup was nice. I would like to revisit at a less busy time. The food is very good; definitely one of the better restaurants in Warner Robins. However, the service was adequate at best. Took close to an hour to get our food and the server did not check on us as often as needed to properly take care of us. Owner was not welcoming at all. Never smiled or greeted us. As our group of 8 got seated, I was taking a selfie video and noticed how she stood and stared at my family while our backs were turned. The food was basic and not worth the price. I requested well done and when I cut it in half and took a bite, my burger was still mooing. We had a reservation for 10 but two people were running less than 5 minutes behind due to traffic and were not allowed to join. The owner stated that “all members have to be seated at the same time.” So God forbid there is a traffic jam or any other uncontrollable inconvenience. We asked that they be granted five more minutes to make it but they refused. We never were greeted with a smile or thanked for patronizing the business. She did ask for the two chairs that were empty to add to someone else’s table so I’m not sure why our two guests couldn’t come in. This “policy” was unbeknownst before making the reservation and we only stayed because there was a $250 charge if we “left without ordering” or making a cancellation. All in all, the food is not worth it and not seasoned. I would not return even if the service was good. I’m sure she’s not too fond of the darker crowd if you get what I mean. Shout out to Riley and her staff they did an amazing job with the huge party I was with last night, I can’t remember our servers name but she was also amazing. The food was great. This was my first time ever eating here and I would definitely do this again. I had another opportunity to visit this restaurant, and they did not disappoint! After having a chance to review the posted photos, I knew just what I wanted. The fried lobster and waffles were absolutely amazing! They gave a very generous serving and it came out hot and fresh! The fried corn ribs were a complete surprise. The flavor was absolutely amazing. Meals ranged from 16-40.00. My friend and I both had meals and an appetizer for 100.00. We had another great server and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. I can’t wait to be passing through again!

This place has such a great atmosphere. The staff is friendly, courteous, and efficient. We had a large party of 20+ people and we still got in and out reasonably quickly. They have a full menu - it was heavy for lunch and a little pricey but I’m glad I got to experience it. I ordered the catfish, unfortunately they were out of it so had to sub with fish and chips. Came early for a long overdue lunch date with the hubby. Sat at the bar and had Monica as our bartender. She’s the BEST!!!!! Makes an awesome old fashioned. We had fish n chips (a mistake they made right), catfish, and the stone mountain burger that as always was just excellent. Even as busy as Monica was (and she was SWAMPED) she took such great care of us and we really appreciated it! Will keep coming back! Also I forgot to take pics till I started writing this. My server was Taylor. She asked me after she noticed that I was sitting for a while has anyone helped me. I said no and she apologized. Even though there where several servers standing next to me she was the only one that took the initiative to help. It wasn't her section but she did an amazing job. My first time there and she suggested her favorites, which were awesome choices. I chose the grilled seafood platter with a lobster tail and it was amazing! To the server Taylor, thank you for your great customer service and your wonderful personality. Don't ever change that. I gave this place a second try and was still disappointed. The food still lacks alot of flavor! I had the seafood pasta with the octopus, mussels and shrimp..bland! The impossible burger was over cooked and dry and the fries were not hot. The mash potatoes were the best thing about the meal. And this visit wasn't cheap! While visiting family in Warner Robins GA.,my cousin treated us to lunch at Props one of their favorite places to go and I see why. The restaurant was very nice lots of paraphernalia, a nice crowd of people and our host Logan treated us with great southern hospitality. I ordered the apple walnut salad with salmon and my husband ordered the superfood salad with salmon; a large portion of seasoned grilled salmon topped the healthy green salads. Delicious! Cooked very well! Presentation was all that! We didn't get dessert, we were totally satisfied. I would highly recommend Props. It seems to be a good family restaurant as well. We will return.
