Excellent service compared to other „high-ranking“ lounges across Europe and US. Dedicated Wi-Fi internet for the lounge must be added, only because the current public internet is too slow. Otherwise - excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff, clean and completely renovated since September 2023. Keep improving the service. Food and beverages selection is great, sometimes empty but promptly replenished. ;)

Internet speed is below 4MPBs and that’s because they just use the local airport’s connection, they do not have their own dedicated Wi-Fi for their customers. So, no business meetings here unless you use your phone’s hotspot, which I did.
You are able to take bottles of non-alcoholic beverages into your flight as well as some sandwiches. No showers. Other than that, the lounge has your basic and average food and drinks selection. Nothing special worth mentioning.
When assessing customer service (CS) quality, please do consider the differences in CS culture between the Balkans and the rest of the traveling world.

I was admitted with Star Alliance Gold status.
Food and drinks were better than I expected.
The lounge is right in front of security and the ceiling is open so it is a little noisy outside.
The lounge is supposed to be available for up to 3 hours.
