I tried this place for the first time and came back the next 2 days. The food is that good. Great options. I've only tried a couple of items, but it was all a hit. The food in the picture was the beef and sausage sandwich, and it tasted 10 times better than the picture I took. Portillo's was a wonderful place to stop to get a meal after first getting off of an international flight from Ireland. It was awesome. The food was hot and excellent and so very American! We ordered dinner for 7 and picked it up. When we got home we were missing 2 orders which included 2 hot dogs and 1 combo. As for what we received, the beef on the beef sandwiches was very light, We asked for dipped sandwiches and they were moist but certainly not dipped, and the fries were not fresh. Further, when we called to talk to someone, no one answered the phone and when we followed up with and email, there has been no response for over a week. Very disappointed customer.
