Popeyes is not fine dining, but is enjoyable on occasion. This location on North 2nd is definitely the best of the three in the area. We'll drive further to go to this one where the wait is less, the staff is friendlier and there are fewer mistakes or unavailable items. Whole family enjoys the food here every couple of months. Would give it 3-1/2 stars if I could. No complaints, decent for "fast" food. We generally don't go to many fast food chain restaurants, but this is one of only a few exceptions. Skip the Auburn and E. State locations or you can expect disappointment. Went through the drive through around 11am, sat at the speaker for over 20 minutes nothing, noone ever answered or even tried to take our order. Vehicle in front of us also pulled off without ordering due to the same thing. Multiple vehicles in the parking lot but seems noone cared enough to work. Will not return. Meal type Brunch Service: 1

Building is in shambles, nothing works, very unclean, employees have attitude. I've been there twice (and never again), both times my orders have been wrong, one with a severely undercooked chicken sandwich. Then manager got attitude with me when I wanted a replacement!!! Do NOOOOOT go to this location. Go to the Popeye's on Auburn, MUCH better over there! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered online, 15+ minute drive. Food wasn't ready. Drive thru speaker didn't work. I was as to pull into a spot and wait. They forgot about me and never brought out my order. When I went in and said something the girl behind the counter started yelling at me like it was my fault. I'll let you know if I hear from management, bet you i don't.
