Pricey but the young folks working the bar are great! Obviously the views are stellar.

Great spot on a sunny hot day. Always nice folks here, Never got attitude or ever had a negative time here and I've been coming here over 20 years.

On the ocean with fabulous views of the Pacific, the property has everything you might want- great sweeping vistas, albeit from a distance, of the Pacific, well maintained and steeped in history, professional service and attentive staff, and of course it's right in the heart of Del Mar on the main drag so you can walk around and check out the beach, the shops and there is valet parking, so if money is no object, stay here- it's not an inexpensive option but if someone else is paying and you want to have a risk free date and a good time,, have them take you here. It's a great place to launch your night if you are attending anything at the racetrack, and if you want to move way "down market" there's nightlife nearby within staggering distance and dancing until the wee hours- this place is quiet and peaceful seclusion surrounded by other options.

Cool little outside and inside bar. I would go there again for a drink.
