I ordered a pizza from the Newbern, TN Pizza Pro before 7 pm on Tuesday, 2/27/2024. When I arrived, I was told that they close at 7 pm, and I was given a half-cooked pizza and instructed to put it in my personal oven at home. Call and the kids will not pick up the phone. Their customer service is below par. Management needs to teach better customer service.

It was great! All the employees are friendly and considerate, and the call pickup time was amazing. The food was great especially for how convenient it is being the only pizza place in newbern 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Got a thin crust this time & it was excellent! They aren't very consistent though. Their regular pizza is usually under cooked. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Pizza was was only convenient because it’s part of the grocery store, however I wouldn’t even eat this pizza if it was free. We had it because we wanted pizza and it was the closest thing to us and we were starving but it lacked flavor was super Dowie and all-around kind of gross… Would not recommend
