After visiting Rourke Art Museum, come here for a meal. Do not go away without tasting good pan pizza, sausages and pork. This pizzeria provides food delivery for the convenience of its clients. Many guests mention that the staff is courteous at Pizza Patrol. A number of people mark that the service is terrific. This place offers you food at average prices. But visitors rate this spot below average on Google.
I have been a customer of Pizza Patrol for over 20 years. I used to mark them as a gold standard for the area, with friends from out of town, or even lovers getting the suggestion for their carryout deal, but over the past year or so, that hasn't been a very good option.
We'll start with the food. Any time before 5 PM, order, definitely. You'll get better service during the day time, though I'm starting to think that that might be because there's almost always only one dude there who takes his job VERY seriously. Probably one of the most outstanding service experiences you'll get during the day in this town. At night time, things start to fall off. This may be because their cooks at night are slacking off, with more than four times the staff that they need, but I never get a good amount of toppings, my pizza is always either overcooked or undercooked (no matter how you order it, this winds up being the case), and they can never seem to fully cut their pizza.
Next up is customer service; now, don't get me wrong, the day time is GREAT, but at night you'll get all the class clown types who like to tell jokes while making orders, and just some really unsavory people who act questionably. I've even come by the store and heard one of the older employees screaming at younger ones, with management or the owner within earshot. There are a lot of issues with this place, and while I could deal with a few messed up pizzas a month, I wish that there were other options for late night ordering around here, because between the lack of good nighttime service, the awful job put into the food at night, and the apparent issues going on inside of the store, there's just no point ordering a pizza past 5 PM. Almost no reason in them staying open so late, honestly, they could save some money by firing the night time crew and just closing at 11 every night instead. Recent choices, like removing deals over the holidays to wring more money out of people, speak for themselves towards that.

I usually order online, however the few times I've called to place a future order or ask questions...they are always great and amazingly friendly. My custom star 9 is my favorite pizza in town!! Always perfect. Always delicious and HOT. Thanks for making a crispy, well done pizza. 👏

Ordered a pizza and it came still super doughy. I understand stuff happens sometimes, so I called to see if the error could be corrected, and they offered to send another pizza. That one came worse than the 1st one, and when we called again, the manager argued with us. Didn't offer to refund the not edible pizza, as it wasn't cooked all the way through. The pizza I get stuff happens, but the customer service was just awful. Do not recommend. They did finally offer to send a coupon, but that doesn't make up for the fact the pizza couldn't be eaten when purchased. So they essentially got free money with no services being provided.

I ordered a 3 topping pizza. There were such minimal toppings that it could have passed for a 1 topping or less. Cost was nearly $20. This pizza used to be well worth it but not anymore. I don't think I'll ever be back. Do yourself a favor and patronize other pizza establishments in the area.
EDIT - As of November 13th Amy reached out to me and stated she will make things right. I will update my review again after I order another pizza. At the very least I know that Pizza Patrol cares about its customers by making an effort to right a wrong, this is rare these days. I hope to continue to be a customer in the future.
2nd Edit - I wish my second experience was better, but in all honesty, maybe this is the new pizza patrol?
I wish I could say everything was much better like it used to be, but that's really not the case. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

What can I say, but incredible food and a crew to match. Pulled in through a police barricade on veterans memorial bridge this morning aprox 330AM. Ordered pizza with pineapple to incredibly poised young woman who seemed to not notice the vehicle smashed into the light pole and dozen or more police vehicles surrounding the front. Thank you for getting us our delicious deep dish before you all headed home 💜

Hands down, THE best pizza in Fargo-Moorhead! Get the one-topping carry-out special to save a few bucks. Our usual order is a pan-crust pepperoni pizza with cheese breadsticks and an eggroll. Only problem? You may succumb to the temptation and eat the pizza in the car on the way home so you may want to buy two!
