My experience was top tier. I was treated with great customer service and friendliness, and to top it all off the pizza reminded me of eating Pizza Hut as a child in the 90’s! It was so delicious I was compelled to write a review; unfortunately I do not have any pictures to show lol. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've been eating pizza hut for 30+ years. I had the worst experience ever, the manager advised me to contact the corporate office I did. This all occurred on Oct 4, 2023. I have contacted the corporate office four times now requesting a refund. My receipt # is on file I was told a manager or supervisor will be in contact with me for the refund... It's now Dec 21, 2023 I now know Pizza Hut is fine with stealing $21.48 for burnt unsatisfying pizza that I have made multiple corporate complaints. And has been is a land file for 3 months now. Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The sauce/cheese we’re tasteless, and it was undercooked. I hope this Pizza Hut location makes changes to help improve the quality of these pizzas being sold to the public. However, they did have good customer service, that’s why I’m not giving them 1 star.

I like the taste of the pizza but WOW! If I could attach a picture I would show you a picture of me sitting on the floor in your pizza hut lobby. Why? Because there is not even one bench or chair for me to wait for my pizza to be mmade.

Was an absolute horrible experience. Took an hour and half and a phone call to get or cold unedible food. Was told a replacement would be here in 40 mins called an hour later to learn no one pit it in. Told it would be right out 4 hours later still nothing but run around and lies from management

Ordered 1 single pizza and it took almost 2 hours to even reach my house. When i talked to them about it some slow lady said they transferred my order to doordash? And I should have gotten a confirmation code. Why is this a thing and why doesn't someone call. 40 bucks for 1 pizza and it takes 2 hours and 18 minutes and the slow lady hangs up on me. Ugh Dominos next time!!!! ENDED UP CANCELING MY ORDER WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING AnD WHEN I CALLED THE GUY SAID "THATS WHAT WE DO AROUND HERE"

Update : here we are again decided to order tonight. Ordered at 5:08 it is now 8:11 and my daughters food is not here Update: here we are a year latter and i have been sitting here over 30 mins waiting for the right items to be delivered on an order we waited almost an hour for. Seems like they don't care about customer service at all, so my child sits here hungry and waiting and who knows when she will get her food and drinks I paid for. They never get an order right. Our pizza tonight had no sause on two of them. Ordered hut favorite crust didn't get that either. This was our last dealing with pizza hut. Last 4 times were bad. Sadly we won't be ordering again
