Could be better on the customer service and food....not much atmosphere as it's only a Drive thru. I don't think much emphasis on quality and taste are being implemented....it's just a brand name..unlike the full service Pizza Hut sit Down restaurants...which are always awesome...to bad... So, I ordered two pizzas and some breadsticks. The pizza came out ok but the breadsticks were burnt. This location is a pick up location only, so I didn’t notice until I got home. However, I don’t know how it ever passed the employees’ inspection. The breadsticks were more like charred crackers. I tried eating them, but they were nearly inedible. Do better! I wish I could give them 5 stars. The staff is nice but they can never get my order right. I asked for light sauce they soaked it in marina sauce. I asked for thin and crispy, I got soggy pizza. I called and t manager told me they could give me a credit to remake the pizza but I would have to pay taxes. Lk what? I paid taxes on the pizza i already ordered that was wrong or I could take the pizza back and they could remake it. Come on Pizza Hut. 🤦🏻‍♀️
