Very okay food at best more like reasonably edible if youre starving. Absolutely nothing special about it. Mediocre pita. Possibly the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Our server seemed to have a hard time counting. Super dry and 0 personality. As a server, you should at least try and maybe check back to make sure everything is good which didn't happen . Pita didn't seem fresh at all. The hummus was definitely not authentic or very good. If you like good quality food and service I'd avoid this place every time. I've had better food and service at subway. Just go buy frozen falafel or chicken and pita and make your own at home. Buy some hummus in a container. Save yourself. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had been a supporter of this restaurant for years. Today, I ordered carryout again, but when I went in to pay for my pizza the woman said their system was down and I needed to wait a while. I said I didn't want my pizza to get cold so she rudely said I could just eat it there. I had recently found out my mother had died and just wanted to go home with my dog so that's why I ordered carryout. I hope that disgustingly rude woman is fired!!! Pita Jungle in Flagstaff is always my go-to spot when I visit from Sedona. The service is fantastic! Erica, Nathan, Caesar, Henry, and Ffe were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their smiles were contagious, and I felt genuinely engaged with throughout my entire meal. The food, as always, was on point! The timing was perfect - my meal arrived exactly when I expected it. Pita Jungle never disappoints. Big thanks to the staff and management for putting together such a great team! ❤️🙏 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This location does not compare to other Pita Jungle locations. I had asked for extra tzatziki and was given a cup of tahini. We were nearly done with our meal when the server came back and I mentioned it. She's like "tahini is what comes on your sandwich, not tzatziki" Ok but I asked for extra tzatziki and you brought tahini. Why not bring me the dang tzatziki or at least take off the 50 cents or whatever you charged me for it. So bizarre The food was not nearly as yummy as I'm accustomed to at other locations either. One of my kids left hungry because he was so disappointed in his sad kids plate of Pita and hummus that he barely ate a few bites. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Was so wowed by this place! Servers were super friendly and quick and food was delicious and filling. I was also impressed by the servers’ work ethic. When not serving guests, they were all diligently working on side jobs and cleaning around the restaurant. Would highly recommend! I’ve ordered the falafel pita at other Pita Jungles and it has always been fresh and delicious. However this wasn’t as great an experience. The falafel was warm and crispy but the vegetables tasted and looked a few days old. The tomatoes were mushy and the lettuce was bruised. I picked off the vegetables and just ate the falafel and pita. Not a terrible meal, definitely had worse but not the quality I’ve come to expect from Pita Jungle. This place was a blessing for our family. Avery is a fantastic server. My 7yr old vegan enjoyed all her free kids meal. A lot of vegan options. Check the online menu. The one they have is 4yrs old. I loaded a pic of what we ordered. All amazing and delicious. To much to write, worth looking at pics I took for you all. Bathrooms were fantasticly clean. All doors locked and had hook and tray to set things down in stall. Prices were outstanding. Side of good size and delicious beans was only a dollar. They ran out of smoothies and said they don't make them vegan but the menu said they can be soy based so not sure about that info. I recommend you ask a manager. We bought a delicious drink from the juicery right across and had with my meal, so no biggie. We are from CA and passing by and they made even the good restaurants in Cali look bad overall regarding everything I've mentioned. Loved this place. Great end to our Grand Canyon trip today. I'm sure there is more awesomeness I am forgetting to mention. I will post if I remember. It's too easy beaing vegan when there are great places like this. Ordered the veggie lavash wrap & the falafel pita with two guava lemonades to go. The wrap was so yummy with just the right about of vegetables and so was the pita with the add of tzatziki sauce. Lemonades were huge, overall very happy! Service Take out Price per person $10–20

Did an EZ catering order thru their website, ended up having to change the pick up time to 2 hrs earlier right at the time they open but they were great about it and accommodated us and everything was ready right on time. And the order was accurate and very much enjoyed it. Chicken was a hair dry on the one I had but with a massive order, that’s bound to happen a little bit, but otherwise very tasty. And happy they had gluten free pita as an option for those that needed it. The catering order came well organized and labeled for east hand out.
