I don't usually leave reviews but this was truly a bad experience. I waited on a cake tasting box for over a month and never received it. I was literally given about 4 different dates that she'd deliver on and never did. And I have ALL of our conversations saved that show the whole process from beginning to end. It was an unprofessional and unorganized experience. I feel she was a bit rude considering the fact that she was the one that was busy and couldn't meet her own deadlines. There was a lack of compassion from her part. After she fails to deliver 4 times... She finally gets it together and doesn't tell me she is closing at a specific time and that I need to pick them up by a specific time. She said she was doing a delivery between 2:30 and 3 so she'd have to wait till then. So anyway I spoke to the bride about picking them up after 3pm and she called around 6pm to pick them up when I called the cake lady to tell her the bride could go to her so she wouldn't have to go out of her way. she said sorry I'm on vacation now.
And goes on to say that she had to go! And that she had a very lovely box hooked up for us ! "So disappointed u did not get it." I felt it was sarcastic and inconsiderate. Knowing she never delivered on multiple dates ( that she established) and because of a miscommunication on my end thinking she wanted to meet after 3 this was her response. I could have been rude with everytime SHE gave a date and didn't come through... but I didn't. plus I have been asking since November and then she wants to come and do everything on Christmas day when I have family from out of town and am busy cooking not being on my phone. I just wish she would have done things on time when she said she was. But, nevertheless, knowing the runaround she gave me that she wouldn't have been so rude to me the one time I didn't see her phone call. ON CHRISTMAS holiday!
Now 2 weeks away from the wedding I have to find someone else to make the cake

This woman right here, knows how to throw down on the sweets! From cupcakes, to big cakes, to mini cakes, to infused strawberries, dipped strawberries, and don't sleep on her cocoa bombs either🤤🤤🤤 The absolute best, All the way around! Super courteous, and very friendly! 10/10 would recommend again, and again! She has never let me down! Hands down, best there is around!

Crystal did my son's john deere birthday cake and not only did it look AMAZINGk, it taste just as amazing!?! I would very much recommend pinks sweet lyfe if you want your kid to light up when they see their cake! In my opinion by far she is the BEST! Thank you so much again Pink! Everyone loved the cake!

You will not find a better tasting cake anywhere! I have gotten a few cakes, cupcakes, cheesecake bites and cinnamon rolls. All were beyond words delicious! And Crystal is so personable and great to deal with. You won't be disappointed!

I promise you won't find a better tasting cake! Ive gotten 2 so far, plus cupcakes and cheesecake bites. Never dissapointed! I'm about to order my 3rd cake

I wish I could give more stars!!!! All cakes I have had have the same reaction no matter who I share with the response is “MMMMMMM” you won’t regret getting her amazing cakes with great prices to match💜

Absolutely by far the best. Homemade icing makes everything better! Always soothes my teeth tooth, incredibly cheap prices too! Would’nt spend my money anywhere else!

These are the best tasting cakes with creamy delicious frosting ...from my favorite chocolate to the banana pudding ...and the butter cream frosting ...way by far my favorite place for sweets ....
