We have been periodically buying a variety of dinners over the last few years. We have seen some subtle changes that make this an ok restaurant versus one that was initially, Wow, we can’t wait to eat here again. Now it’s, Meh. The peanut sauce was thicker and had actual peanuts sprinkled on top; now the peanut sauce is thin, has no peanuts and adds nothing to the fresh shrimp rolls. We don’t know if it’s a new ownership or new chefs but we’d like them to go back to recipes about 2-3 years ago. Had lunch around 11:30am; not crowded so the experience should have been better than it was. First, the food was great; however, it became apparent they lost our order since it took more than a 1/2 hour to get served. At one point the gentleman who bussed tables asked us what we ordered and went back to the kitchen. More than one new customer came in and got served a similar dish (Pho) that my husband ordered before ours came out. Kudos to the young man for asking. Then, while we and others were eating, another gentleman came out of the kitchen with a large cart hauling garbage cans and proceeded to work his way through the restaurant and out the front and back again. This was in addition to our previously mentioned guy bussing tables. I get that need, but garbage…while people are eating? Still think they should have had the courtesy to go out the back door and around the building to the trash dumpster out front-just bizarre. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
