I cannot say more good things about this little hidden gem of a bakery. Ironically, a health coaching client of mine told me about it last year and being so close to Weehawken, I had to check it out because French pastries are my absolute favorite treats! I was not disappointed and everything Camille (the owner) makes, you can tell is made with love, intention, skill and passion. Her French classics are divine, perfectly flaky and buttery. Everything from her various croissants (almond is my fave) to her quiches, to her other baked goods are amazing. I even got to try a true French King Cake and what a difference between that and the New Orleans style. Parking is the only challenge, as is common in West New York, but totally worth the trip. Best pastries hands down in the area!
