My favorite place to get food in Lincoln. I have literally gone to Pepe’s Bistro three times this week. Pepe is super friendly and nice. His unique combinations never cease to amaze me! I’ve eaten vegan food in LA, Denver, and now Lincoln. Pepe’s is definitely in my top 3 vegan restaurants of all time. The vegan mole enchiladas were satisfying in every way.
